WireFree Wireless Alert System

The Wirefree Alert can be used to monitor any location where you want to be notified when people (or large animals) and vehicles are present. The waterproof, wireless motion sensor detects when someone is present and then alerts the inside Base unit.

The waterproof, wireless motion sensor alerts the inside, base intercom unit with a tone.

Up to four motion sensors can be used with one internal base station, They operate up to 1000 feet from the base. The Base Unit will give a single tone for the first transmitter, a double tone for the second, and so-on for a third and fourth.

The outdoor Sensor uses 4AA batteries. High quality batteries will last up to two years.

The Base Unit has a built-in relay for activating accessories, such as doorbells, buzzers, lights, or gate openers. The Relay can handle up-to 120 volts, 10 amps going through it but has no power of its own. When the base signals, the relay makes a momentary connection between the two relay contacts.

The Base unit runs on AC power but has battery backup capability using a 9 volt battery.

Dakota Wireless Probe Drive Alert 3000

The Dakota Wireless Probe Drive Alert 3000 is vehicle detection at its best. Some of the exciting features of this system include the wireless technology, an amazing 3000 foot transmission range, built in chime, and timed relay output. The Dakota WPA3000 System has proven to be an extremely reliable vehicle monitoring system.

How does it work?
The all new Wireless Probe Drive Alert 3000 uses a Vehicle Detection Probe Sensor to detect cars and vehicles. When a vehicle is detected, the transmitter sends a wireless signal back to the receiver, which will then emit a pleasant chime sound.

Transmitter
: The transmitter, which operates on one 9 volt battery, is connect to the probe with 50 feet of burial wire. The magnetic metal sensing probe can be buried along side the driveway and will detect vehicles passing by within about 10 to 12 feet. The direct burial cable can be run to a tree or post nearby where the transmitter box is located. When a vehicle drives by, the transmitter will send a signal to the WR 3000 receiver up to 3000 feet away*. Standard system comes with 50' cable connecting probe to transmitter box. Also available: 125' of cable (add $25.00) and 250' cable (add $60.00)to place probe farther away from the transmitter box.The transmitter is weatherproof and meant for exterior locations. Up to 4 zones can be monitored with additional transmitters. The transmitters can be programmed so they will each sound a different tone at the receiver.

Receiver: The WR-3000 is the receiver for the WPA-3000 system. The WR-3000 plugs in to a standard wall outlet and can be placed on a table or mounted on the wall. When the receiver gets a signal from the transmitter one of 4 different tones (Classical, Westminster Chime, Ding Dong, Whistle) will sound for a few seconds. There is also a volume control so you can set the sound to the desired level. The receiver is also equipped with 4 form "C" relays (one for each zone) and one 12 VDC output terminal that will activate for several seconds when a signal is received. The receiver can be user programmed so the 12VDC terminal and one relay will activate for 1 to 10 minutes if this is desired. The tones will still sound for several seconds. The WPA-3000 is ideal in locations where there might be deer or other large animals that would cause false signals with the motion type systems. As well, because the probe is buried underground, it will be the least noticeable of our wireless systems.

The DAKOTA ALERT WIRELESS INFRA RED MOTION DRIVE ALERT 3000

The Wireless Motion Drive Alert 3000 uses an Infra Red Sensor to detect people and cars. It has a wireless range of an incredible 3000' built in chime, timed relay output and many other advanced features!

The WMA-3000 is the next step in the evolution of the wireless infrared driveway alarm. We have taken our years of experience and created the ultimate in wireless systems. The transmitter operates on one 9 volt battery and is easily mounted on a tree or post near the drive. The transmitter uses a passive infrared (PIR) beam to detect people or vehicles out to about 80 feet then send a radio signal back to the WR-3000 receiver up to 3000’ away*.

The transmitter is weatherproof and meant for exterior locations. Up to 4 zones can be monitored with additional transmitters. The transmitters can be programmed so they will each sound a different tone at the receiver. The WR-3000 is the receiver for the WMA-3000 system. MURS two-way base station radio

The MURS 4 Mile Range Intercom is the wireless intercom you need if you have a large property or you need to talk between buildings. This first-of-its-kind intercom cannot only be used to communicate within a home, but to neighboring houses as well. You can even add a handheld unit to your MURS intercom system so you can stay in touch up to four miles away from your home.

MURS is short for Multi-Use Radio Service. This is a newly created service by the FCC in the United States. It is a low power, short range service in the VHF (Very High Frequency) 150 MHz Citizens Band radio spectrum in which you do not need a license to operate a MURS station.

Previously the FCC came out with the Family Radio Service (FRS) in which you can find handheld units, but no intercom systems based on this service. MURS has a power increase of four times that of FRS radio. And unlike FRS, you can add a larger or external antenna to improve range. If you want to put an antenna on top of your house, you can do it with MURS! Some antenna manufacturers claim an external antenna can increase the effective radiated power of a transmitter by a factor of 4.

You can add an unlimited number of portable and base units together. Put a base unit in your house and when when you walk the neighborhood, you can use a handheld unit to keep in contact with home. Put one in you mother’s house down the street to stay in touch. Or simply use them to communicate between floors or rooms in your house or business.

While the MURS units are not as secure as the WireFree wireless intercom units, there are fewer devices using this newer frequency so people with cordless phones or baby monitors won’t be picking up your conversations. If you don’t need the longer range, the WireFree is a little less expensive and is totally battery powered.

But if you need long range, the MURS 4 Mile Range Intercom is for you.

If you need features not found on this intercom system, also check out the MURS Commercial Intercom Systems.

WireFree Wireless Alert System with 2-Way Voice Communication

The Wirefree Alert & Intercom can be used to monitor any location where you want to be notified when people (or large animals) are present. The waterproof, wireless motion Sensor detects when someone is present and then alerts the inside intercom Base unit.

Up to eightThe outdoor motion sensor alerts the inside, base intercom unit with a tone and then and turns on its speaker for 10 seconds so you can hear what's happening at the sensor location. If you wish to talk with a person at the sensor, hold down the TALK button, speak, and then release to hear. motion sensors can be used with one internal base station, They operate up to 1000 feet from the base.

If there is an accessory device (like a gate opener, camera, or yard light) connected to a relay on the sensor unit, it can be activated by pressing a "Remote" button within 30 seconds of the alert signal.

The relay on the Sensor unit is a switch that can handle up to 120 volts at 10 amps. Accessory devices need their own power supply, since the relay is just a switch and has no power of its own. The relay will only activate when the Remote button on the base unit is pressed. If you wish, you can flush mount the Sensor unit so that access to the relay connections is prevented.

The Base unit also has the same relay that automatically closes when the alarm buzzer sounds and can be used to activate louder alarm bells, lights, cameras, or other accessories.

The Base unit can run on either batteries or the included power transformer. The batteries also act as backup power in a power outage.

The Base for the WireFree Alert & Intercom are not compatible with the WireFree Portable, Flush-mount, or Outdoor Intercoms. The WireFree Intercom system can not communicate with the WireFree Alert sensor.
